This Card is super Quick and Easy to make! 

I used the DSP to Punch out the Darling Little Dragonfly.

Dimensions:

Basic White Cardstock  8 1/2 x 5 1/2"

Basic Black Cardstock  5 14 x 4"

Dandy Garden DSP 5 x 3 3/4"

Stitched So Sweetly  Largest Scallop Rectangle die in Basic White Cardstock

Bumblebee, Basic White and Basic Black Die Cut with Dandelion 

Punch out Dragonfly from Dandy Garden DSP

Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon 5 1/2" long

Matte Black Dots

Frost White Shimmer Paint mixed with alcohol in Spritzer
